Join One Motion – We’re Always on the Road! This is a self-employed delivery driver role. No previous multi-drop experience is required. Full training provided.

Benefits & Earnings

Your typical day

  • Morning Start: Arrive at the depot between 06:30 and 07:30am.
  • Loading: Find your assigned route and load your own parcels (usually takes 30–60 minutes).
  • On the Road: Start your route using the provided navigation device.
  • Deliveries: Complete 90–140 stops per day, primarily to houses with some flats and businesses.
  • Activity: You will be in and out of the van throughout the day handling small, medium, and some heavier parcels.
  • Wrap-up: Once finished, return to the depot for a short de-brief and end-of-day procedures.

No previous multi-drop experience is required. We ensure you are confident before running your own route:

  • Classroom (2 Days): Covering systems, delivery devices, and procedures.
  • On-the-Job (2–4 Days): Ride-along training with an experienced Lead Driver or Manager.
  • Skills: You will learn loading, route management, and delivery best practices.

Working Pattern

  • Availability: Work is available every day of the week.
  • Shift Length: Typical time spent delivering is 5–9 hours per day.
  • Consistency: Reliable work available regardless of the season.

Requirements

  • Full UK or EU driving licence.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Must be comfortable using navigation and a mobile device.
