Main duties of the job:
As Regional HR Business Partner (People Partner), you will act as a strategic and operational partner to senior leaders across multiple sites. Working closely with regional management, site teams, and central support functions, you will lead on people matters across a geographically dispersed workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, expanding People Team and play a pivotal role in supporting our regional operations across the Midlands and Southern England. The sites this role will cover are: OneMK PCN (3 Surgeries) in Milton Keynes, St Neots Health Centre, Bracknell Urgent Care Centre, Rosedean House Surgery (Liskeard) and Minehead Medical Centre (Minehead). You will be expected to visit each of the services on a monthly basis or depending on needs or specific projects.
Working Arrangements:
- Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Office-based at our Leeds office, with regular travel to South Network sites, including overnight stays where required.

Person Specification:
Qualifications:- CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
- A proven track record in HR business partnering or HR management within a complex, multi-site environment.
- Strong employee relations expertise and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
- A full UK driving licence, access to a car, and confidence travelling regularly between sites.
