Key Working Relationships: You will work closely with:
- Group Clinical Lead – ensuring clinical quality, compliance, and governance.
- Associate Director of Patient Safety & Associate Director of Quality - ensuring safe, effective patient care and high standards in line with regulatory requirements.
- Business Manager – partnering to improve operations, efficiency, and service delivery.
- Regional Network Operations Manager – to ensure alignment with operational and strategic priorities within the southern practices.
- A wider supportive MDT and organisational network dedicated to innovation and clinical excellence.
About Rosedean House Surgery & OneMedical Group: Located in the heart of Liskeard, Rosedean House Surgery serves a diverse and growing patient population. The surgery is situated in a historic Grade II listed building that will soon be undergoing redevelopment — bringing together architectural heritage with a modern, patient-centred design.
