OneMedical Group is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our team in a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week). Based on-site at our Central Support Centre in LS21 1PY, this position requires national travel to our sites across the UK. You will play a key role in shaping learning initiatives across our organisation.
Main duties of the job
- Lead the design, delivery, and implementation of impactful learning initiatives across the organisation.
- Partner closely with leaders and subject-matter experts to identify development needs and create scalable solutions.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
- Support employee growth and enhance the quality of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders and subject-matter experts to identify and address training needs.
- Develop and deliver high-quality learning and development programmes to support employee growth.
- Lead the design and delivery of corporate induction and onboarding programmes.
- Conduct training needs analyses and implement bespoke development plans.
- Support employee engagement and succession planning initiatives.
- Provide coaching to managers and support career development across teams.
- Introduce and implement new policies and procedures, gaining buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights through HR and L&D reporting.

Person Specification
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Smartsheets.
- Flexibility for national travel to all OneMedical Group sites.
- Valid full driving license and own transport required.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level in L&D, HR, or equivalent relevant experience.
- CIPD qualified to Level 5 or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
Experience
- Proven experience delivering engaging training and professional development.
- Proven experience in writing and introducing policies and procedures.
