Rosedean House Surgery is set within a beautiful Grade II listed building, rich with heritage and deeply rooted in the local community. We will soon be undertaking a major redevelopment of the site, transforming it into a modern, purpose‑driven healthcare environment while preserving the building’s historic character. This fusion of tradition and innovation will provide a stunning, future‑ready space for patients and staff alike. Main duties of the job:
- As Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for the leadership, development, and performance of Rosedean House Surgery.
- Working closely with our Central Support Team, you’ll manage daily operations, team performance, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability, all while driving our growth and quality ambitions.
