We are seeking an exceptional Lead GP to join our forward-thinking NHS GP surgery. This is a senior clinical and leadership role, ideal for an experienced GP who wants to shape high-quality patient care while influencing the operational direction of a modern primary care service. The Lead GP will also be working within a wider organisation with the additional benefits of support, experience and resource from multiple business functions and with peer support through the company network. You will combine clinical excellence with company strategic oversight, supporting the competent and friendly practice team to deliver safe, effective, and sustainable care.
