If you are a General Practitioner registered with the GMC, on the GP Specialty Register and on the NHS Performers List with post CCT experience in Primary or Urgent Care, have a passion for your work and a burning desire to thrive in a dynamic organisation whilst delivering NHS services to a wide range of patients, are organised and have a proactive approach to clinical and operational responsibilities.

What you’ll work on:
- A mix of telephone, face to face and home visit appointments
- Understand the patient population to be able to provide high quality care to patients
- Undertake both planned and urgent primary care as required
- Provide patient focussed, evidence-based practice to a high standard
- Supporting the wider MDT to ensure patients with long term and/or complex health conditions are cared for at the right time, by the right clinician
