  • Group Clinical Lead ensuring clinical quality, compliance, and governance.
  • Associate Director of Patient Safety & Associate Director of Quality ensuring safe, effective patient care and high standards in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Business Manager partnering to improve operations, efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Regional Network Operations Manager to ensure alignment with operational and strategic priorities within the southern practices.
  • A wider supportive MDT and organisational network dedicated to innovation and clinical excellence.

Essential Knowledge, Training & Experience (Person Specification)

  • GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List (no restrictions).
  • Experienced GP with a genuine interest in clinical leadership and service improvement.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to audit, governance, safety, and quality.
  • Ability to build supportive, positive working relationships.
  • Embraces change and contributes positively to team dynamics.
