We’re seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead HR delivery across our multi-site healthcare organisation operating across the UK. This is a key operational leadership role, responsible for ensuring HR services are consistent, compliant, and effective across all sites, while supporting managers and clinical leaders to build strong, high‑performing teams delivering outstanding patient care.
Reporting to the Group Service Delivery Director, you will act as the link between people strategy (People Partners/HR Business Partners) and day‑to‑day HR operations (recruitment, advisory, and administration). You’ll also work closely with Quality & Standards and Learning & Development to enhance employee experience and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks.
Key responsibilities:- Lead HR operations across multiple sites
- Provide governance and direction to the HR/People function
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
- Support workforce planning and recruitment across all roles
- Use HR data and insight to drive improvement
- Partner with leaders to improve workforce effectiveness
- Improve HR systems, processes, and reporting
- Proven HR operations experience in a multi‑site organisation
- Experience covering recruitment, advisory and HR administration
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Confident managing employee relations cases independently
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
- Strong communicator, highly organised, and solutions‑focused
- Healthcare/NHS experience
- CIPD Level 7
- Experience in growth/change environments
