Rosedean House Surgery are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking GP who is excited by the opportunity to drive meaningful improvement and help shape the future of a practice ready to evolve in Cornwall.

As our Clinical Lead GP, you will combine clinical practice (75%) with influential leadership (25%). You will join a supportive, ambitious organisation that values innovation, empowers clinicians, and recognises the importance of continuity, collaboration, and compassionate care. Part time can be considered (not less than 30 hours per week).
