As Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for the leadership, development, and performance of Rosedean House Surgery. Working closely with our Central Support Team, you’ll manage daily operations, team performance, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability, all while driving our growth and quality ambitions. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead both operational excellence and strategic growth.
