We have an exciting position available for Multiskilled Joiner to join us!
Youâll carry out work with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, along with an ethos of âRight First Timeâ always completing a repair where practicable in one visit, ensuring high quality and high standards of performance. You will carry out the operational duties of an all-round multi-skilled operative, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services on all One Manchester`s owned and managed properties.
You will visit premises and properties to carry out maintenance, repair, refurbishment and renewal work to both tenanted and empty homes. You will be agile, travelling directly to your first job utilising a company vehicle deemed suitable for the work that you are asked to do.

Qualifications
- To have served and completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or appropriate NVQ L3 standard.
- To currently hold or be willing to work towards a fire safety qualification for example BMTrada or Firas accreditation.
- Evidence of key competencies specifically in Joinery (core trade), plumbing, plastering, and tiling.
- Working knowledge of legislation relating to H&S and CDM.
- Experience of working within a customer facing environment offering excellent customer service.
- Possess a Full UK driving licence.
- The ability to work carefully, methodically and safely with good planning and organisational skills.
- Accurately record, document and complete work activity through mobile devices or other appropriate means.
