ONELAB College is looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to help build and protect the environments that make education possible for young people aged 16–25 with SEND. This role is about redefining education by integrating real-world experiences into learning.
As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of ONELAB, ensuring a safe, organised, professional, and well-maintained environment ready for learning every single day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operational Leadership: Overseeing the operational running of ONELAB, including planning and continuous improvement, development of systems and processes, and management of contractors and suppliers.
- Health & Safety & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining GDPR compliance.
- Facilities & Estates: Managing building maintenance, security, cleaning, and waste management.
- Creative Studios & Enterprise Operations: Overseeing the operational readiness of creative studios, production workshops, retail environments, and enterprise activities.
- ICT & Infrastructure: Managing ICT infrastructure, device management, and digital operational systems.
We're looking for someone who combines operational excellence with innovative thinking, is highly organised, proactive, and has excellent problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Salary: £36,000–£50,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications, skills, and experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tower Hamlets, East London, with an initial 12-month fixed-term contract and opportunities for professional development.
