They create, collaborate, build, solve problems, work on real projects, engage with employers, and develop the skills needed for employment and adult life. We're looking for an exceptional Job Coach to help make that happen. The Role This is not a traditional support role. It is not passive supervision. It is not simply accompanying learners to placements. As a Job Coach, you will play a critical role in helping young people with SEND successfully transition from education into employment, independence, and meaningful adult lives. You will support learners to: Build confidence within professional environments Develop employability and workplace skills Understand workplace expectations and professional behaviour Develop communication and social interaction skills Learn safe working practices Increase independence over time Progress towards employment and positive destinations You will work closely with learners, employers, Course Leads, and the wider ONELAB team to create experiences that are structured, supportive, professional, aspirational, and focused on real-world outcomes.
