You will inspire success through strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team
- Driving sales performance and delivering against store KPIs
- Managing scheduling, resource planning, and operational processes
- Communicating business objectives and strategic initiatives clearly across the team
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow the business
- Leading weekly management meetings and reviewing commercial results
- Supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and people development
