About the Role

As our Experiential Client Manager, you will run campaigns from first spark to final report, ensuring every activation is seamless, impactful, and rooted in brilliant client service. You will be the bridge between our clients, internal teams, and event partners — steering projects, juggling deadlines, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every campaign delivers real results. If you can think strategically, act fast, and keep clients smiling along the way, you will love this role.
What You Will Do
- Own the Client Relationship
- Act as the go-to contact for FMCG clients, understanding their goals and shaping solutions that deliver.
- Turn briefs into clear creative, operational, and strategic plans.
- Present updates, guide meetings (Teams or travel anywhere in the UK), and keep everyone aligned.
- Deliver Outstanding Campaigns
- Lead experiential projects such as product launches, sampling events, pop-ups, festivals, and shopper activations.
- Manage budgets, timelines, logistics, suppliers, and field teams.
- Ensure training materials, briefs, and internal communications are always up to date.
- Support booking and operations teams when needed — we all pitch in.
- Collaborate & Innovate
- Work with creative, production, brand, and trade teams to shape ideas and elevate consumer journeys.
- Bring new thinking, digital integration, and data insights that sharpen campaign impact.
What You Will Bring
- Experience managing or supporting large experiential campaigns.
- Strong account management skills and the ability to translate client needs into action.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation, listening, and negotiation skills.
- A multitasker with top-tier organisation and time-management abilities.
- Commercial awareness with hands-on budget and performance management experience.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data handling skills.
- A proactive, energetic get-it-done approach — even when it means jumping in the car to fix something last-minute!
Who You Are
- A strategic thinker with a creative streak.
- Calm under pressure, confident leading projects, and collaborative by nature.
- Passionate about building brilliant brand experiences.
- Driven by quality, accountability, and measurable results.
