About the Role

As the Business Unit Manager, you will take full responsibility for a large, multi-faceted client programme. You will build strong, influential relationships at senior level, drive commercial performance, and lead high-performing teams to deliver consistently strong operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior point of contact for a major client partnership, ensuring strong and trusted relationships
  • Lead commercial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and profitable growth

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale client accounts or business units
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L responsibility
  • Ability to build and influence senior‑level stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent people leadership skills with a track record of developing high‑performing teams
  • Confident using data to generate insight and inform strategy
  • Experience leading change, transformation or growth programmes
  • Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills

Desirable Experience: Consumer electronics, technology, retail or field-based service environments.
