Client Services Director
Berkshire | Hybrid | Full-Time
We're partnering with a leading brand experience and experiential marketing agency to recruit an experienced Client Services Director.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving client growth, leading high-performing teams and ensuring the successful delivery of integrated campaigns for a portfolio of blue-chip clients.
The Role
- Lead, coach and develop a client services team across Account Director, Account Manager and Account Executive levels.
- Build and maintain strong senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
- Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
- Drive account growth by identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships and increase revenue.
- Support new business activity, pitches and presentations.
- Monitor commercial performance, resource planning and profitability across accounts.
- Collaborate with Creative, Operations and Production teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Champion best practice and continuous improvement across the client services function.
About You
- Significant experience within an agency environment, ideally experiential, shopper marketing, creative, integrated or brand experience.
- Proven success leading and developing client services or account management teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability and account growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong understanding of GDPR and current industry best practices.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
