The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading a management team and a team of employees. You will inspire success through strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team
- Driving sales performance and delivering against store KPIs
- Managing scheduling, resource planning, and operational processes
