Leeds | Hybrid Working | £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus
Are you someone who turns data into business opportunities?
We're looking for a commercially minded insights leader to shape strategy, uncover growth opportunities and influence key business decisions through data-led storytelling. This is a senior role within a growing retail media environment where you'll combine analytical expertise, strategic thinking and leadership to drive meaningful impact.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead the insights function, turning complex performance, shopper and market data into clear recommendations that support commercial growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you’ll help shape strategic direction, improve reporting effectiveness and build a culture where decisions are driven by evidence and insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of insights, analytics and strategic recommendations across the business
- Translate data into compelling stories that influence decision-making
- Support media planning and measurement strategies to maximise performance
- Drive improvements in reporting, analytics processes and automation
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities
- Manage and develop a small high-performing team
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
About You
- Strong background in insights, analytics, retail media, FMCG or digital marketing
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- Commercially astute with the ability to influence at senior level
- Confident working with large datasets and performance metrics
- Skilled in presenting complex information in a simple, engaging way
- Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar
