£50,000–£60,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior experiential professional to step into an Account Director Experiential role within a fast-growing, ambitious agency environment.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position where you will take ownership of experiential programmes end-to-end, lead senior client relationships, and play a key role in shaping and evolving the agency’s experiential offering.

The Role

You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of client programmes, with responsibility spanning delivery, commercial performance, and growth. This includes:

  • Leading and developing senior client relationships
  • Owning experiential campaigns from concept through to delivery and reporting
  • Driving commercial performance, profitability, and revenue growth
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Shaping and evolving the experiential proposition
  • Leading planning, insights, and reporting cycles
  • Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership to influence strategy

About You

You’ll be an experienced experiential or field marketing professional, already operating at a senior level and ready for your next step.

Key attributes include:

  • Proven account leadership experience within experiential or D2C marketing
  • Strong track record of owning programmes end-to-end
  • Highly confident managing commercials, budgets, and pricing
  • A natural ability to spot opportunities and bring ideas to life
  • Experience leading new business pitches and client growth
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
