Home-based with travel (South East preferred, flexible)
£50,000–£60,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior experiential professional to step into an Account Director Experiential role within a fast-growing, ambitious agency environment.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility position where you will take ownership of experiential programmes end-to-end, lead senior client relationships, and play a key role in shaping and evolving the agency’s experiential offering.

The Role
You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of client programmes, with responsibility spanning delivery, commercial performance, and growth. This includes:
- Leading and developing senior client relationships
- Owning experiential campaigns from concept through to delivery and reporting
- Driving commercial performance, profitability, and revenue growth
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Shaping and evolving the experiential proposition
- Leading planning, insights, and reporting cycles
- Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Collaborating closely with senior leadership to influence strategy
About You
You’ll be an experienced experiential or field marketing professional, already operating at a senior level and ready for your next step.
Key attributes include:
- Proven account leadership experience within experiential or D2C marketing
- Strong track record of owning programmes end-to-end
- Highly confident managing commercials, budgets, and pricing
- A natural ability to spot opportunities and bring ideas to life
- Experience leading new business pitches and client growth
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
