Job Title:ProductAdministrator Dept:eCommerce Report to: eCommerce Manager Main Purpose of Job: The Ecommerce Product Administrator will involve maintaining and administration of the company Ecommerce product data catalog. There key function is to maintain the product catalog on the websites ensuring all information is accurate and consistent across all products and categories. Key Tasks: Responsible for data administration and consolidation utilized in our systems Updating the website content (products, content, pricing) Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness per company standards Establish & maintain cross references/interchanges for products Responsible for scheduled data updates Stock management updates across the website Commercially visually merchandise all categories Troubleshoot catalog/data issues and documenting and communicating to appropriate parties Support specific projects as assigned by Manager Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times. Ensure good working relations with colleagues. Ensure that absenteeism and tardiness are kept to a minimum. Ensure that company polices are adhered to always, this includes Equal Opportunities Policy, Harassment Policy, Health and Safety Policy and Training Policy. Any other reasonable duties requested. Person Specification The successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate that they can meet the following essential requirements. An ability to meet the desirable requirements will also be advantageous. Essential Criteria: A minimum of 2 years work experience in an office environment, Working within a fast paced and deadline focused environment, have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work in a pressurised environment Ability to extract and analyse information from our current operations systems Ability to participate in group meetings Knowledge and prior experience with Magento Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context Understanding of basic web technologies (Browsers, basic HTML, Data files) Have a strong attention to detail ensuring product data is 100% accurate and consistent across all products on the websites Fast and accurate data input skills Excellent spelling and grammar The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently to meet objectives Effectively adapt to changing business direction and company strategies Comprehensive experience with Microsoft Office (including basic Adobe Photoshop experience) Desirable Criteria: Previous experience in a similar role. Knowledge and prior experience with Magento Based:The successful candidate will be based in Strabane.Hours:39-hour shift pattern
