The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.
You will be responsible for supporting a sales representative in the administration of direct sales within O’Neills NI.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Sales Reps on customer account activity.
- Liaise with Sales Administrators in the coordination of dispatching orders.
- Process and allocate payments to customer accounts.
- Assist Manager with Account Management & Sponsorship Contracts.
- Maintain department records, including spreadsheets and databases that track sales and customers.
- Research that supports the team, such as gathering information that could be useful to the sales team.
- Liaise with administrative assistants from other departments.
- Follow up on customer queries and complaints.
- Assist with processing sales orders as and when required.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
- Participate in all job training and coaching.
- Identify opportunities to improve procedures and enhance the customer service experience.
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times.
- Ensure good working relations are maintained with colleagues at all times.
- Ensure that absenteeism and tardiness are kept to a minimum.
- Ensure that company policies are adhered to at all times within the department, this includes the Equal Opportunities Policy, Harassment Policy, Health and Safety Policy and Training Policy.
- Any other reasonable duties requested.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in an office environment, preferably production based.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work well under pressure/in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of programs.
- Advanced level of MS Excel knowledge and understanding.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Flexibility with working hours.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
Further Information:
- Salary: £12.25 per hour for first 13 weeks moving to a rate of £13.10 per hour.
- Location: Strabane.
- Contract Type: Permanent.
- Weekly Hours: 39.
- Worktime: 08:30-17:30 Monday to Thursday, 08:30-12:30 Friday.
