Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in an office environment, preferably production based.
- Strong administrative background, ideally in order processing, customer service, or sales support.

Key Tasks:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
- Verify pricing before confirming orders.
- Maintain accurate ERP data, including stock adjustments, order amendments, and production updates.
- Support invoicing and credit control by ensuring correct billing information and documentation.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
- Participate in all job training and coaching.
- Identify opportunities to improve procedures and enhance the customer service experience.
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times.
- Ensure good working relations are maintained with colleagues at all times.
