The M&E Manager will lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical design, approvals, and infrastructure across residential development projects, ensuring compliance, quality, programme, and cost targets are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage consultant tender processes and oversee production of design and technical information.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, CDM, and company requirements.
  • Programme, monitor, and manage M&E works to meet regional and corporate targets.
  • Provide buildability, logistics, and value engineering input during design stages.
  • Coordinate utilities, infrastructure, and fit-out packages.
  • Manage external consultants and subcontractors.
  • Support land appraisals with technical input.
  • Oversee Health & Safety, RAMS, and temporary services on live sites.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing M&E technical processes in residential developments.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and coordination.
  • Experience with utilities, infrastructure, and contract management.
  • Knowledge of water and electrical management plans.
  • CSCS Card and SMSTS essential.
