The M&E Manager will lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical design, approvals, and infrastructure across residential development projects, ensuring compliance, quality, programme, and cost targets are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Manage consultant tender processes and oversee production of design and technical information.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, CDM, and company requirements.
- Programme, monitor, and manage M&E works to meet regional and corporate targets.
- Provide buildability, logistics, and value engineering input during design stages.
- Coordinate utilities, infrastructure, and fit-out packages.
- Manage external consultants and subcontractors.
- Support land appraisals with technical input.
- Oversee Health & Safety, RAMS, and temporary services on live sites.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing M&E technical processes in residential developments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and coordination.
- Experience with utilities, infrastructure, and contract management.
- Knowledge of water and electrical management plans.
- CSCS Card and SMSTS essential.
