Full management of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing packages.

Responsibilities:

  • Site-based delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
  • Management of MEP subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
  • Coordination with project teams, consultants, and clients.
  • Review of MEP design, technical submissions, and shop drawings.
  • Oversight of commissioning, testing, and handover documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, H&S, and project specifications.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an MEP Manager within the fit-out sector.
  • Life sciences or hospital/healthcare fit-out experience preferred.
  • Strong site management and coordination background.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK MEP standards and regulations.
  • Able to work on fast-paced London projects.

Qualifications / Tickets:

  • Relevant Building Services / Engineering qualification.
  • CSCS Black Card (Manager level).
  • SMSTS.
  • First Aid at Work.
  • Asbestos awareness.
