We are a dynamic and growing Tier 2 main contractor with a strong pipeline of high-profile projects across the South West. Due to internal reallocation and recent major contract wins, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bristol on an immediate basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven professional to step up as the lead on-site surveyor for a flagship £50million+ new build scheme that is already underway. You will take full commercial ownership of the project, driving cost control, contractual performance, and value delivery while playing a key role in supporting our regional commercial growth ambitions.
About the Role
As the Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor on this major project, you will:
- Act as the primary commercial lead on site, managing all QS functions from inception through to final.
