Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing ad hoc case progression with the aim of maintaining service levels.
- Monitor and deliver fully against personal and business targets.
- Independently establish priorities and manage deadlines, ensuring that all files are progressed in a timely manner whilst the case manager is otherwise engaged and providing comprehensive handover as required.
- Responsible for dealing with complex aspects at any level of remortgage transaction.
- Provide an exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and associates.
- Deal with complex enquiries on transactions.
- Recognise potential risks and resolve issues without putting the client or business at risk.
- Responsibility to ensure that all files being overseen are maintained in good order in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Ensure that all files are billed correctly with the appropriate fees and on completion funds are sent to the correct place.
The Person
We're looking for a skilled Technical Case Manager with demonstrable experience covering ALL levels of cases. An enthusiastic team-player and natural self-starter able to work on own initiative. The ability to deliver a high level of customer service. Strong attention to detail and verbal and numerical skills. This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday. Flexibility in day-to-day task management.
