Ready to take the next step in your conveyancing career with a firm that will genuinely invest in your development? We're looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our growing team in Leeds. In this role, you'll work alongside an experienced Senior Property Lawyer, supporting them on a varied residential property caseload and gaining exposure to every stage of the conveyancing process.
ONP Solicitors is a leading and modern conveyancing firm, part of Movera, a group of home-moving brands, including Cavendish Legal Group and Conveyancing Alliance. You'll support an experienced Senior Property Lawyer in a busy role with a varied residential property caseload, dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing transaction using the industry's leading Case Management system. You'll be a key point of contact for clients, brokers, estate agents and solicitors and assist in all aspects of the conveyancing process, with a view to ultimately running your own caseload as a Property Lawyer.
- Maintain all allocated files in good order, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and regulatory/statutory requirements.
- Deal with case enquiries by telephone and email delivering a first-class customer service experience.
- Enhance the client experience using our conveyancing systems and technology.
- Liaise with Clients, Lenders, Mortgage Brokers and other Solicitors.
- Maintain detailed telephone notes throughout transactions and promptly handle emails and phone calls.
- Take on extra tasks to help the Property Lawyers/Senior Property Lawyers.
- Accurately input data into a case management system.
Previous experience in a residential conveyancing environment is essential. Structured training and hands-on mentoring from an experienced Senior Property Lawyer. Real exposure to the full conveyancing lifecycle, building the knowledge and confidence to progress. Ongoing development and genuine long-term career progression within a growing firm.
