Site Manager - Refurbishment
Location: Worcester & Surrounding Areas
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team, delivering refurbishment and regeneration projects across the Worcester region on behalf of a leading UK residential developer.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of projects, lead from the front and deliver high-quality work safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
The Role
- Manage refurbishment and planned maintenance projects from start to completion.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure programmes are met.
- Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, quality and site compliance.
- Coordinate day-to-day site operations and resolve issues proactively.
- Build positive relationships with residents, stakeholders and project teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing refurbishment or regeneration projects.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
- Ability to deliver projects within programme and budget.
- A positive, professional attitude with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
