The project has a tender value of over £10m and is a new build property in a prime location in Oxfordshire. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will start before the project commences and be based initially in the office leading into the start on site.
For this Senior Quantity Surveyor position, you will have experience of working on super prime residential projects and unique luxury properties with stonework and high-class joinery finishing.
You will have a Quantity Surveying qualification to degree level and will have completed projects from inception to completion and be able to demonstrate this with examples.
