Overview

We are currently recruiting experienced NPORS Traffic Marshalls for a major prison refurbishment project in Erlestoke, Wiltshire. This is a long-term opportunity offering stable work on a secure, well-managed site.

Responsibilities

  • Safely control vehicle and plant movements on site
  • Maintain safe pedestrian routes
  • Communicate clearly with drivers and site operatives
  • Monitor site access and enforce health & safety procedures
  • Report hazards, near misses, and incidents

Requirements

  • Valid NPORS Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket
  • CSCS card (preferred)
  • Own PPE (hi-vis, boots, hard hat, gloves)
  • Previous construction site experience
  • Strong communication and awareness skills
  • Ability to work in a secure environment (prison site)

Monday–Friday 07:30 – 17:00
