Due to our rich history across the White collar, Labour, Trades, and Logistics divisions, we have gained an exemplary industry reputation allowing us to successfully grow the business over the past 15 years.
As part of our 5-year growth plan to capitalise on the industry growth forecasts, we are seeking a manager to work within our Professional and Technical division where you will play a leading role in delivering the Divisional strategic plan. Currently, the Division boasts an average productivity of £180k per head demonstrating the rich potential for all future staff.
The successful applicant will possess exemplary recruitment process knowledge and gained recruitment experience in a professional market environment. Specific Construction or Built environment recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. You will receive detailed development and support to allow you to combine Management responsibility alongside individual revenue generation and be part of a division achieving growth rates far in excess of the industry benchmark.
