Quantity Surveyor This leading main contractor has a strong presence in the Southern Homes counties of Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire and they have an immediate requirement for Quantity Surveyors for the region. They have been awarded two new projects that will start in the coming months and require a Project Quantity Surveyor for each. The projects consist of steel frame industrial with commercial office spaces and are in Fareham, Hants and Chertsey, Surrey and are valued at circa £12m and £17m in value. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be based on the site full time and report into a Senior Quantity Surveyor depending on your experience. Although Industrial shed experience is not essential it will be beneficial. General main contracting is essential so please only apply if you have worked for recognised main contractors on building projects in the South of England. A Quantity Surveyor with a UK qualification is required and this role will suit Quantity Surveyors with upwards of 5yrs experience who can cover a large part of the surveying duties.
