Finishing Manager Freelance Location: Woking, Surrey Rate: Competitive / DOE Start: ASAP The Opportunity We are working with an established property developer that is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Finishing Manager to join a modern residential/student accommodation project in Woking. The project comprises multiple apartments and communal areas, with the successful candidate responsible for overseeing the finishing stages of the development and ensuring all areas are completed to a high standard and in line with programme. This is a short-term opportunity for an experienced Finishing Manager, with the potential to move onto another project following successful completion. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day finishing works across the development. Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure works are completed to programme. Oversee internal finishes, snagging, making good and final completion works. Monitor quality and ensure works are completed to the required standards. Coordinate multiple trades and manage sequencing to maintain progress. Identify and resolve defects and outstanding works efficiently.
