Our client is a Mechanical contractor experiencing significant growth and working in new sectors, that primarily delivers commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London is looking to appoint two Mechanical Contracts Managers to be based in Stratford in London.
Project Details:
- Mechanical HVAC fit-out and refurbishments
- London project location
- £200K - £2M project values
- April/May 2026 start date
Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing the mechanical package from pre-construction through to handover
- Overseeing a Mechanical Supervisor on site
- Reporting into a Mechanical Director
- Managing programme, quality, and health & safety
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager within building services
- Strong commercial project experience (fit-out or refurbishment preferred)
- Experience working on central London projects
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programme
Package:
- £70,000 – £80,000 salary (flexible for the right candidate)
