This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale industrial developments. You will take full responsibility for the construction and civils phase of a £30m warehousing project, managing programme, cost, risk, and compliance from site start through to completion. The position requires a confident, delivery focused professional who can operate autonomously, manage complex stakeholder interfaces, and maintain strict control over safety, quality, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of the £30m industrial warehouse project
- Manage programme, budget, procurement, and subcontractors
- Develop, manage, and report against the programme using MS Project or Primavera
- Coordinate all utilities and service connections
- Work closely with design teams, consultants, and statutory bodies
- Ensure compliance with H&S, environmental, and CDM regulations
- Proactively manage risk to protect programme and cost
