Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Data Centre Project – Northern Home Counties Salary/Package: £80,000 – £95,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Discretionary Bonus + Pension + Private Medical + Benefits O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a leading principal contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major data centre project in the Northern Home Counties. The successful candidate will be joining a large-scale project with a total value in excess of £2bn, taking responsibility for the commercial management of key packages and working closely with the wider project and commercial teams to ensure the successful delivery of the scheme. Previous experience working on data centres or within the MEP sector is not required for this position. The client is primarily looking for a strong commercial professional with a solid understanding of commercial processes and proven experience working for a principal contractor within the built environment.
