CSCS Cleaner – Stafford
O'Neill & Brennan is currently recruiting for a Welfare Cleaner to start work on a busy construction site in Stafford. You will play an important role in keeping the site clean, safe, and well‑organised for all operatives. you will be required to go through a BPSSclearance This will be an ongoing position.

CSCS cleaner duties:
- Cleaningwelfare units
- Cleaningconstruction site toilets
- Clean tools, equipment, and materials storage areas as needed.
- Cleaningsite office areas
- General upkeep to ensure a safe, hygienic, and professional environment
- Working independently and using initiative to manage tasks effectively
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.

Valid ID – passport or acceptable identity document
Right to Work – UK passport or valid Home Office status/share code
Employment history – details of your jobs for the required period, including employer names and start/finish dates - minimum 5 years
Address history – previous addresses and dates you lived there - minimum 5 years
Previous names – details of any previous names/surnames, if applicable
Overseas history – details of any periods you have lived/worked outside the UK
Criminal record declaration – you must be able to complete this honestly and accurately
IMPORTANT: Please do not ask us to start the BPSS check if you cannot provide the above information. Incomplete information can cause delays or prevent the check from being completed.
To be successful the candidate must have:
- Welfare experience
- BPSS Clerance required
- CSCS Card
- PPE (This can be provided if required)
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
