Start: ASAP

Description: Large main contractor who specialise in industrial warehouse and commercial new build projects across the country. We are looking for a solid number 1 Site Manager who has delivered new build steel frame projects from start to finish in the past. Solid 10+ months of work on site with future projects in Kent so could be longer.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day managing of all site works
  • Managing all sub-contractors
  • Managing health and safety
  • Quality Assurance

Requirements:

  • Must have current CSCS, SMSTS, First aid
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • New Build Steel Frame experience
