Join a landmark £60M new-build modular hospital in Bournemouth, delivering state-of-the art healthcare facilities to enhance regional services. We are seeking two experienced Senior Site Managers to support delivery of this high profile project through the winter period and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Project Manager in day to day site operations, focusing on modular installation and superstructure works.
- Manage labour, subcontractors, and logistics within a live hospital environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to programme, quality benchmarks, and health & safety protocols.
- Coordinate crane lifts, module positioning, and integration with civils and M&E packages.
- 7+ years in site management with proven experience on £20M+ new build schemes.
- Strong supervisory and organisational skills, ideally with modular construction exposure.
- Experience working on constrained or live sites; healthcare background a plus.
- Immediate availability and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Competitive day rate up to £350.
- Flexible payment via CIS or PSC (Ltd Company).
