This leading residential main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a freelance basis for an initial contract of 6-9 months managing subcontractor accounts.
The project is a new build apartment project in Surrey near to J12 of the M25 not far from Heathrow. Having started earlier this year, it is well into construction, and you will join to manage subcontractor accounts.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have a recognised UK Construction qualification and contracting residential experience for leading companies.
