Site Manager Housing in Reading

My Client, who are a leading National Housebuilder, are looking for a Site Manager in Reading for a 4 week contract starting Thursday.

The site is a large housing development consisting of both timber frame and traditional build houses and apartments and requires an experienced Site Manager to run the site.

The Site Manager will have 2 experienced Assistant Site Managers reporting in to them and the support of a visiting Contracts Manager.

The successful Candidate will have had at least 5 years in running large housing developments and a track record of taking a site form inception to completion.

Must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
