Project Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer – Kent
This leading national residential developer has an exciting opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Kent regional business.
As a Project Quantity Surveyor with this established and growing team you will work with a young, dynamic commercial team that has seen consistently good financial results.
This is a great opportunity for progression with a clear plan from this initial Quantity Surveyor role on a live project in Canterbury, Kent. With 2yrs to completion you will manage this project and when ready receive another alongside it to follow on with.
Responsibilities
- As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will have worked for a Residential Developer before and completed at least two projects from start to finish. You may have the level of experience to take on an additional project immediately. If you are an assistant Quantity Surveyor that is ready to make the step up to being fully responsible for your own project, this could be the perfect opportunity.
- For this Project Quantity Surveyor role, you must have a Quantity Surveying degree or be working towards being degree qualified. Experience of new build houses and flats is essential and ideally on multi-phased developments.
