O'Neill & Brennan are partnering with a leading civil engineering and groundworks contractor who are looking for a practical, site-focused Health & Safety Advisor to support multiple groundworks projects across Oxfordshire and the surrounding region. The role involves regular site visits, auditing, and coaching site teams to maintain high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:- Carry out site inspections and audits across groundworks projects.
- Ensure compliance with CDM 2015, HSWA, and company procedures.
- Support the preparation and review of RAMS and other H&S documentation.
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and on-site training.
- Lead or support accident/incident investigations and reporting.
- Engage with site teams and subcontractors to promote a positive safety culture.
- Keep up to date with legislation and provide practical advice to project teams.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) - essential.
- Experience in groundworks, civil engineering, or new build housing.
- Strong understanding of UK health & safety legislation and CDM.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
