We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a contractor delivering social housing retrofit and refurbishment works across the Midlands.

- Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)

- Solar PV installations
- Refurbishment works within occupied social housing properties
Role Overview
- Manage day-to-day delivery of retrofit and refurbishment works
- Oversee multiple sites across a regional patch
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Ensure delivery to programme, quality, and safety standards
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and stakeholders
- Maintain high standards across live, occupied environments
Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering energy efficiency and retrofit works, such as Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), External Wall Insulation (EWI), Window & Door replacements, Solar PV installations, etc.
