This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing contractor known for delivering technically challenging and high-specification interiors, focusing on bespoke interiors and fit-out works. Delivering projects across commercial, healthcare, hospitality and similar sectors.\\n\\nOur client is looking for applications from both permanent and freelance MEP professionals.\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\n-\\tFull management of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing packages\\n\\n-\\tSite-based delivery from pre-construction through to handover\\n\\n-\\tManagement of MEP subcontractors and specialist suppliers\\n\\n-\\tCoordination with project teams, consultants, and clients\\n\\n-\\tReview of MEP design, technical submissions, and shop drawings\\n\\n-\\tOversight of commissioning, testing, and handover documentation\\n\\n-\\tEnsure compliance with UK Building Regulations, H&S, and project specifications\\n\\nRequirements from you \\n\\n-\\tProven experience as an MEP Manager within the fit-out sector\\n\\n-\\tLife sciences or hospital / healthcare fit out experience preferred\\n\\n-\\tStrong site management and coordination background\\n\\n-\\tExcellent knowledge of UK MEP standards and regulations\\n\\n-\\tAble to work on fast-paced London projects\\n\\nQualifications / Tickets\\n\\n-\\tRelevant Building Services / Engineering qualification\\n\\n-\\tCSCS Black Card (Manager level)\\n\\n-\\tSMSTS\\n\\n-\\tFirst Aid at Work\\n\\n-\\tAsbestos awareness\\n\\nO’Neill and Brennan values diversity and promotes equality, All individuals will be treated in a fair and equal manner and in accordance with the law regardless of gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation
