O'Neill & Brennan is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a £15m leisure project in Maidstone, Kent. This role offers a long-term freelance contract, starting immediately.
The successful candidate will oversee procurement and set up the project for a start on site in October, working both remotely and on-site.
Previous experience in leisure or hotel projects is advantageous, as you will also be managing an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
