An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering a number of major new build and refurbishment developments across East and Central London. The projects range in scale from £80m to £250m, spanning sectors such as data centres, life sciences, logistics, and commercial office buildings. This position offers stability, progression, and the chance to play a key role on high-profile schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing procurement and subcontract packages
- Handling all post-contract commercial duties
- Overseeing full project life cycle from pre-construction to final account
- Supporting project teams to ensure successful financial delivery
