NEW BUILD STEEL FRAME
Large main contractor who specialise in industrial warehouse and commercial new build projects across the country. We are looking for a solid number 1 Site Manager who has delivered new build steel frame projects from start to finish in the past. Solid 10+ months of work on site with future projects in Kent so could be longer.
Responsibilities
- Day to day managing of all site works
- Managing all sub-contractors
- Managing health and safety
- Quality Assurance
Requirements
- Must have current CSCS, SMSTS, First aid
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- New Build Steel Frame experience
